Cameron is a 5th generation Tennessean who graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Public Administration. He moved to Cumberland County in 1999 to work for Congressman Van Hilleary. Cameron has two children, Nathaniel and Olivia, who attend Homestead Elementary School, and where he does volunteer work as the JV Boys Basketball coach. Cameron is a member of Central Baptist Church in Crossville where he is active in youth programs. He is a member of the Crossville Noon Rotary Club.
